All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and are shipped Monday through Friday. Shipping times will depend on the destination but should arrive in 3-5 business days. You will recieve a confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped. The confirmation will contain the tracking number and a tracking link. Please be sure to track your order. Please note: it may take 24-48 hours for your tracking number to activate and update.
Yes! We ship both domestic and international. Domestic shipping takes about 3-5 business days. International shipping takes about 14-30 business days. Evertess Jewelry does not cover duties, customs, or taxes. It is your responsibility to pay these. To find out more, please visit your local customs website. We do not process cancellations, refunds or returns in this case.
Please be aware that this is a local delivery service issue. If your tracking details have been marked as delivered, but you have not received your items, we advise you to contact your local delivery service with your tracking details and shipping information to make a claim. It is the customers responsibility to contact the delivery service. We cannot do this on your behalf. We do not process refunds for orders marked as delivered. Please note signatures are not required on receipt of our items.
Returns are accepted on all unworn items within 30 days of purchase. To process a return please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. At this moment, we do not accept exchanges.
Once an order has been processed we cannot change or cancel it as it is on its way to you. Please contact us at email@example.com to see if your order is eligible for cancellation.
All our jewelry is plated in 14k gold. Most pieces use sterling silver as the base material and some use brass as the base material. Please see the details of each piece on the individual product page.
To maintain the beauty of your jewelry, please remove all jewelry before exercising, swimming and showering. Please be sure to avoid harsh chemicals and perfumes as these may effect the plating of the jewelry and cause tarnishing or discoloration.
We do not advise to get Evertess jewelry wet as it may eventually lead to tarnishing. Please remove all jewelry before part-taking in activities that involve water or sweat.

While we hope this never happens, some people can have a sensitivity to different metals and materials. If you are aware of previous sensitivity or allergy to certain jewelry, please avoid purchasing anything other than solid gold, solid silver, or hypoallergenic jewelry. If you purchase an item despite this allergy or sensitivty, it is your responsibility to be aware of the materials used. We do not process refunds or returns in this case.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept orders through PayPal and Apple Pay. We do not accept checks or wire transfers. In the case that a refund is issued, a credit will appear in your account 5-10 business days after the refund is issued.
You can enter your discount code during checkout. Only one discount code can be used per order.
